Change the DNS Server Address

• First of all, Open the Network and Sharing Center from the Control Panel or click on the wifi icon.

• In the Network and Sharing Center, Click on the Wi-Fi Network name or LAN name.

• Under Wireless Network Connection Properties > Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP /IPv4)

• Select Use the following DNS server address and Enter Google DNS –
  • Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
  • Preferred DNS server: 8.8.4.4

• Click on the OK button & exit from there.

Clear Temporary & Cache Files

If you have been using your system for a long time and do not clear the system cache and temporary file, one of the reasons for getting this problem may also be.

• Click on the Windows button and type cmd in the search box or press Win +R.
• Type %temp% and hit the Enter button.
• Then you will get all running temp files, just select all.
• Press the Delete button & it’s done.
